We will create your Pass Template based on your content and text and send you sample Passes for review and approval. - We configure your issuance method:
Once your design is approved, we'll set up your preferred method of distribution; either via an issuance link or form. You'll receive the final issuance link, form link, or QR code image to the form to share with your users. - Data import (if applicable):
If you already have your customer data, you can provide it to us as a CSV file and we'll import it into your account so you're ready to issue passes immediately.
Important Note: This service is for initial setup only. Any future changes or ongoing updates will need to be made within your account by you, or you can purchase a professional services package here for continued support.
At the beginning of each month, we will send you an invoice for the Account Fees listed in your plan, including any add-ons. In addition, we will include all transaction fees from the prior month. Transaction fees are calculated based on the number of Pass records in your account and the price per Pass record listed in your plan. The number of Pass records in your account are calculated based on the highest daily count of records that existed over the prior month. If you are on the free trial plan, you can issue and store 100 Pass Records in our system once you have uploaded your Apple Developer Certificate and created a Google Merchant Account. Once you reach 100 Pass Records, you will need to upgrade your account. If you are on the Business Plan, the first 500 Pass Records are included. If you are on the Enterprise Plan, the first 1,000 Pass Records are included. Once you reach the included records count, you will be charged at the Pass Record rate listed in your plan.
No, all wallet accounts will only support a single brand. However, you can have as many Pass Templates as you would like in that one account. You can also log in to multiple accounts with a single email address if your company manages multiple brands.
If your plan enables you to send updates, you can update Passes as many times as you want. The speed of how quickly those updates take place depends on the throughput. All plans have a certain amount of allotted throughput. For example, a smaller plan may allocate a minimum of one update per second while a larger plan may allocate one hundred updates per second. This means that even if thousands of other customers are performing updates, you are guaranteed to maintain a high level of service.
We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) payments for all account plans. We accept Wire Transfer, ACH, Check(US banks only) with NET 30 terms for accounts with regular invoices of $500/month and above. If you require custom terms, contact us.
Yes, you can remove Pass records three ways. First, you can delete a record programmatically through our API or manually through our Wallet Data Management Interface. Second, you can also set a TTL (time to live) on each Pass Record which will automatically delete the record after a certain amount of time or on a specific date. Third, you can set restrictions on the TTL as well. For example, it could be applied only if the Pass was never installed, uninstalled or expired. This means that you can automatically expire or remove Pass records from your account that you do not need and keep the ones that are installed or are recently generated.
You are charged for all of the Pass records stored in our system whether they are currently installed or not. Pass records are charged a la carte, however, the price per record decreases with higher plans. You can upgrade to a higher plan if you anticipate a substantial increase in volume. You can delete or archive Pass records from our system to stay within your budget. You can set up automatic archiving of uninstalled or expired Passes after a certain duration. There is no limit on how many Pass records you can store in our system, unless you are on the free trial plan which is capped at 100 Pass Records.
If you would like to cancel, you can do so directly in your account by going to "Billing Summary" → View Plan. There you will see a "Cancel Account" button. You may also contact your account manager via email to give notice of cancellation. A full data export may be requested upon your last day of service.
Yes, Apple requires that each client has a Pass Signing Certificate to digitally sign their Mobile Wallet Passes. You will need to create your own Apple Developer Account here: https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/ and create a Pass Type ID and Certificate using these instructions: https://www.walletthat.com/help/creating-a-pass-type-id-pass-signing-certificate/
Apple Developer Accounts cost $99/year. Your Pass Type ID never expires, however, you will need to renew your certificate each year.
