Our managed service packages streamline our customer’s mobile wallet operations by providing them with access to an experienced team of account managers and service operations personel. These teams are trained and assigned to complete managed service tasks called “Service Requests”. Service Requests are client instructions to complete a specific operational task in their account. All packages are month-to-month and provide co-managed login options for you or your team. Mobile Wallet managed services packages can be either fully white-glove or co-managed. In either case, you will be given login credentials.
