Our managed service packages streamline our customer’s mobile wallet operations by providing them with access to an experienced team of account managers and service operations personel. These teams are trained and assigned to complete managed service tasks called “Service Requests”.  Service Requests are client instructions  to complete a specific operational task in their account. Mobile Wallet Managed Services Packages

All packages are month-to-month and provide co-managed login options for you or your team. Mobile Wallet managed services packages can be either fully white-glove or co-managed. In either case, you will be given login credentials.

A Service Request is a formal managed service request to complete a specific operational task in an account. These tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Creating a Pass Template
  2. Updating a Pass Template
  3. Editing a Pass Template
  4. Scheduling a Pass Update
  5. Importing Pass Data
  6. Exporting Pass Data
  7. Generating Reports per Template

All Service Request tasks include testing before fulfilling requests for active templates, links, or updates. Data management Service Request tasks such as exporting or generating reports typically do not require testing.

  1. Submission: The client submits service request(s) via email, including all artwork, text, data, and instructions.
  2. Confirmation: The WalletThat account manager confirms receipt of the Service Request via email and reiterates the instructions that are to be performed.
  3. Agreement: The client and the account manager agree to the Service Request instructions.
  4. Testing: If the Service Request requires testing, the account manager sets up testing. For design, creation, and update service requests, testing involves creating a duplicate template, update, or issuance link to perform tests with. For data management service requests, testing includes importing the data into a test template and providing the client with screenshots of the imported data. No additional testing is required for data exports or report generation.
  5. Approval: If the Service Request requires approval, the account manager sends the client a screenshot of a pass template, update, issuance link, data import, and/or a test link for approval.
  6. Revision: If revisions are permitted for the Service Request, the account manager will repeat steps 3-5 until client approval is received. The following Service Requests allow up to two revisions before further revisions are considered a new Service Request:
    – Update Pass Template
    – Update Pass Issuance Link
    All other Service Requests do not allow any revisions.
  7. Execution: Once testing is completed and approved by the client, the account manager will complete the Service Request for the production template, issuance link, or update.
  8. Billing: The Service Request or Service Requests will be added as a line item in the next monthly invoice to the customer.

All managed service pricing packages include a cost per “Service Request.” There are three packages listed below to choose from to best suit each business’s needs. Please note that each package is in addition to purchasing a mobile wallet account.

All packages support co-managed accounts, allowing the client representatives to log into the account and manage wallet operations independently. The account manager will be available to assist with service requests when needed. Additionally, we offer training sessions should the business prefer to manage certain wallet functions without an account manager.
