Pass Redemption Features

Simplify pass redemption by controlling who can redeem Passes, when and where they can do it, and tracking every redemption detail.

Redemption Profile Builder

Create redemption profiles to authorize specific employees to redeem Passes directly from their mobile device with a valid redemption PIN. Redemption Profiles can be linked to multiple Pass Templates.

Set Time-Based Redemption Restrictions
Limit Pass redemptions to specific time windows to prevent misuse outside of business hours.
Set Day-Based Redemption Restrictions
Control which days of the week employees can redeem Passes to align with store hours or time-sensitive promotions.
Set Location-Based Redemption Restrictions
Require the device being used for redemption to be within specified coordinates. Redemption attempts made outside the approved location(s) will be blocked. Set multiple locations per profile.

Redemption History

Apple Pass Certificate Configuration

Apple requires all Mobile Wallet Pass issuers to have a Pass signing certificate to digitally sign their Mobile Wallet Passes and provide contact information of the issuer on the Pass. Google Wallet Accounts Set-Up

Google requires all Mobile Wallet Pass issuers to have their own Google Merchant accounts in Google Wallet. If you have an existing Google Merchant Account you’d like to use, we can configure it for you.
